Dwarven Skykeep é um jogo de estratégia em tempo real em terceira pessoa, ambientado em um reino fantástico onde os drowns (dwarves) construíram suas cidades subterrâneas. O jogador assume o papel de um líder de uma pequena cidade subterrânea, responsável por expandir sua fortaleza, construir recursos e enfrentar os inimigos que ameaçam sua segurança. O jogo mistura elementos de construção de cidade, estratégia de guerra e elementos de RPG, com um enredo envolvente que acompanha a história de um jovem drown que busca a reconstrução de sua cidade após um ataque inimigo. O diferencial do jogo está em sua jogabilidade em tempo real, permitindo que o jogador gerencie tanto o desenvolvimento de sua cidade quanto os combates em tempo real, criando uma experiência de jogo dinâmica e envolvente.
